Hello, everyone!

My name is Echo Salisbury, and I’m an adult education program specialist with the Maryland Department of Labor.  I currently oversee and monitor a number of adult education programs across Maryland, with one being Correctional Education.  I’m posting in this forum to see if I can connect with other individuals with similar roles to mine who specifically work under Title II.  If you happen to oversee Correctional Education as a grantee or act in an administrative role regarding Title II services within Corrections, please contact me!

I’m hoping to start a conversation around eligibility requirements for incarcerated individuals receiving Title II services, specifically related to the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA).  I would appreciate any feedback or opportunity to connect with contacts in other states who are navigating these eligibility requirements in their own institutions.
