Melinda Holt is a Google Certified for Education Educator II, GCE Trainer, as well as a G Suites Administrator for the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) where she has been employed for over 30 years. She has assisted in the development of as well as support and management for different cloud-based learning sites. Her current position as a Tech’ Integrator has allowed Melinda to facilitate over 150 workshops throughout CA for the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), a California adult education leadership project. Her special talents include thinking out of the box and showing educators how to use Google in adult education classrooms and programs.

Nell Eckersley
Nell Eckersley works at the Literacy Assistance Center (LAC) in New York City where she is the director of Instructional Technology & Communications and manager of the Support and Technical Assistance Center for New York City ALE funded adult education programs. She was moderator for the Literacy Information and Communication System (LINCS) Technology and Learning List from 2008 to 2015 and was the subject matter expert who developed the current LINCS “Integrating Technology in Instruction” online course. Nell is a partner of the Ed Tech Center at World Education. Her primary concentration is working with adult education teachers on effectively integrating technology into their instruction with a particular focus on using mobile devices and Google.

Joey Lehrman
Joey Lehrman is the Program Effectiveness Coordinator in Adult Education at Delgado Community College (DCC), where he developed and launched the first fully online adult education program in the state. Over the past 4 years, the eLearn program has welcomed over 1,000 new distance learning students. In 2016, DCC partnered with the Louisiana Community and Technical College System to scale eLearn statewide, allowing students anywhere in Louisiana to enroll. As an architect of eLearn, Joey now leads these scaling initiatives simultaneous to the continued administration of the DCC program. He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is a Level 1 and Level 2 Google Certified Educator with 10 years of classroom experience including 8 years in adult education. Joey recently served as an executive board member for the Louisiana Association of Public, Community, and Adult Education (LAPCAE) and was a founding member of a neighborhood association’s initiative in New Orleans to redevelop a blighted property into a shared incubator space for artists and schools.

Edward Small
Currently serving as the CTE Innovation Coach for Central Nine Career Center in Greenwood, Indiana, Eddie Small has had direct involvement in school systems as an Technology Integration Specialist and a Communications Program Instructor for the past 11 years. Eddie uses his knowledge and experience in classroom video and audio production to provide authentic learning with a focus on immediate impact. His work gives him the wisdom needed to create customized live streaming studios, professional development through technology, and blended-learning opportunities. Courtney Monnette
Courtney is an Education Specialist with the Alabama Community College System. Courtney began serving in this position in October 2018 and joined the system with more than 19 years of experience in education. Most recently she served as the 504/Response to Instruction Coordinator for the Alabama Virtual Academy at Eufaula City Schools. She also spent significant time in the classroom in Alabama (Sylacauga City Schools, Jefferson County Schools, and Leeds City Schools), Texas, and Wisconsin. Her duties and experience in education are wide-ranging from Dual Enrollment, Career Tech, Response to Instruction and virtual learning to special and inclusion education. Ms. Monnette earned a Master of Science in Education Leadership from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and an Adaptive Education Certificate from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
