Describe the need for basic skills and ESOL training and why the workplace can help to meet those needs. 2.Describe the Massachusetts model for workplace education, the two difference phases, and why each is important. 3.Summarize the role of the Planning and Evaluation Team and why it benefits the program. 4.Describe the kinds of benefits for the employer and the employees that can be learned from evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
