Has your program’s social media presence flat lined? Unless you have a dedicated social media expert on staff, the responsibility for managing the program’s social media accounts likely falls to someone who already has a full plate. The path to the cyberspace morgue for those accounts may seem inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be.
