Abstract: Implementing Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education for Adults, this webinar will provide an update on implementation challenges and successes for the Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) program under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The webinar will include some basic information about the Section 243 IELCE grant program which changed under WIOA and will update participants on lessons learned to date through the Building Opportunities project.
