Distance Learning During the Pandemic: Understanding Performance Assessment and Reporting
Abstract: In the midst of the global pandemic, adult educators have been challenged in unprecedented ways. The adult education system is responding to widespread classroom closures by remaining connected to learners through distance education and helping learners continue to learn. The fast pivot to distance learning has raised numerous questions that OCTAE answered through its Frequently Asked Questions series of Program Memorandum. This webinar will answer the most frequently asked questions about performance assessment and reporting of distance learners during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting additional performance flexibilities to help adult education programs implement and expand distance learning programs.
