Abstract: Available 24/7, Education and Skills Online (ES&O), is an assessment tool based on the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) that provides comprehensive information on cognitive skills of literacy, numeracy, and digital problem solving, as well as background information on your learners/clients. ES&O is designed to help practitioners and administrators in both educational and workplace settings assess skills of individuals.
