Abstract: Illinois has a rich history of providing services to Adult Education learners. We have moved forward with the implementation of WIOA and the management of the specialized training available to instructors via the Instructional Pathways. In this session, the Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Service Center Network staff will provide insights into the development of these Instructional Pathways, the components of the training, the data tracking system, and how these pathways are driving professional development in Illinois.
