    Abstract:

This webinar will review the recently updated measurable skills gains (MSG) modification released by OCTAE. Recent updates to NRS reporting provide states and adult educators with great flexibility for reporting performance in integrated education, training, and workplace literacy programs. Now the actual workplace skills and competencies learned in these programs can be reported by states as gains in the National Reporting System (NRS). National experts with state directors will provide an overview of the NRS changes, suggestions for state level policy, and examples of methods the new MSG measures can be applied to in order to capture participant performance.
