    Remote learning has had a dramatic impact on ICAP/IEL, bridge, and workplace readiness classes. Connecting students to hands-on experiences may not be feasible, but virtual reality offers the next best thing: virtual immersion.     Abstract:

    Across the country, a push has been made to create a partnership between workforce development and adult education programs. By collaborating and providing services, the programs allow learners to have economic and educational success. By partnering, we are creating a skilled workforce. If we create partnerships, we can address the opportunity gap that exists. It also allows learners to address basic skill instruction and employment preparation to allow students to address the needs of local employers.
